Da li privatne škole mogu da opstanu zbog povećanja broja mesta za besplatno studiranje?

Ministar prosvete i nauke Žarko Obradović rekao je danas da su rektori prihvatili predlog Ministarstva prosvete i nauke da se poveća broj studenata koji će biti finansirani iz budžeta, kao i da se školarine neće povećati.
“Generalno će biti povećan i broj studenta koji će država finansirati na ovoj prvoj godini… na teritoriji cele Srbije 34.950 studenata biće finansirano ove godine”.
Obradović je dodao da se cene školarina na državnim fakultetima neće povećavati.

 

Nekoliko pozatih činjenica me je navelo da postavim pitanje u naslovu članka.

Prva je da su se školarine na privatnim i državnim školama izjednačile, druga je da otvaranje dodatnih budžetskih mesta na državnim školama, treća je životni standard stanovništva koji je neprekidno u padu i kao četvrto – demografski faktori. Sve ovo direktno smanjuje broj upisanih studenata na privatnim fakultetima. Uz sve to postavlja se dodatno pitanje: Zašto bi neko plaćao školovanje kada može besplatno?

Ako uzmemo u obzir činjenicu da je trenutno više od 80% studenata na državnim fakultetima i visokim školama i ako se nastavi sa dodatnim povećanjima budžeta, u krajnjoj istanci, privatne škole i univerziteti u Srbiji će jednostavno prestati da postoje.

Jedina realna šansa da opstanu, uprkos povećanjima besplatnih mesta na državnim školama, je da se toliko diferenciraju u kvalitetu i uslovima od državnih škola da, jednostavno, ne budu uporedive.
