Da li Srbija produkuje dovoljan broj IT stručnjaka?

Naše kompanije, iz IT, čak i za vreme ove velike krize, zapošljavaju praktično sve inženjere koje produkuju naši fakulteti, jer na žalost velik broj stručnjaka napusti Srbiju  bez ijednog dana rada u svojoj zemlji. Zato je vrlo teško odgovoriti na ovo pitanje.

Daću vam primer na nečemu što ja zovem “model saksije”. Neko od vas traži da saksiju napunite vodom i smeje vam se ako kažete da rupa na dnu saksije značajno otežava ionako glup zadatak. Objektivno, ako pokušavate da saksiju napunite vodom, to nije nemoguće, ali je možda besmisleno. Voda otiče kroz rupu, a da biste održali nivo, česma nikad ne sme da se zavrne. I šta sad, glavno vam je da voda curi iz česme, vi održavate nivo, to proglašavate velikim uspehom, kukate na rupu u saksiji i naravno niko ne pita koliki je račun za vodu. Tako otprilike izgleda model visokog obrazovanja kod nas. Nedostaju zemlja i cveće, a tek onda možete da razumete zašto je na dnu saksije rupa. Meni se čini da stvari treba ovako posmatrati – hajde da svako radi svoj deo posla, neka nam država ne pomaže, neka stvara zdrav ambijent za razvoj privrede i obezbeđujue ravnopravnost u delovanju fakulteta, neka stimuliše rad, štednju  i izvoz, a destimuliše trošenje i uvoz, pa će se javiti i življa privredna aktivnost. To je zemlja u saksiji. Neka konkurencija bude pravedna i tržišna utakmica poštena i razviće se lideri. Eto vam i cveća. Sad ima smisla voda u saksiji, ta voda je obrazovanje, znanje, generisanje intelektualnog kapitala, nauka, inovacije i nova tehnološka rešanja. I rupa na saksiji – ništa prirodnije nego da deo znanja, deo stručnjaka ode u neke druge naučne i tehnološke centre, ali kapilarno, prethodno protekavši kroz zemlju i oplemenivši je. To je cena i ujedno uslov napretka.

Inženjeri stvaraju radna mesta. Zato, parafrazirajući jednog državnika, zaključujem – ne pitaj šta tržište rada može učiniti za tebe, već se pitaj šta ti možeš učiniti da to tržište promeniš. Mladom čoveku savet je – studiraj tehničke nauke, postani inženjer, stvaralac.
